I'm not very fit, will I be able to keep up?

Yes, every session is adapted to the individual. If you can't complete an exercise for whatever reason, the instructor will offer an alternative.

Can I pay cash on the day?

So that we can keep organised, the only way to book a session is by using our online booking system.

Is it clicky?

Absolutely not, everyone has been a beginner before and we reinforce a culture of teaming up and helping each other
