    I started training with Zach over 3 years ago and without a doubt is the best decision I made. He is a credit to the profession and to 4fitt. His approach to personal training and classes are innovative.
    He is friendly, knowledgeable with regards to different types of training and is 100% passionate and dedicated which shows in the way he actually trains himself.
    His realistic approach to nutrition is a godsend as it fits perfectly into everyday busy life and is maintainable.
    He designs and adapts training programmes that are challenging, motivating, focused and varied which have helped me to achieve not only physical changes but also mental changes for which I will be forever grateful.
    Zach always goes above and beyond always ensuring im ok and ensuring training and results are going in the direction I want.

    I cant praise zach enough. He has been a god send for me during lockdown, keeping me active and also keeping me sane! i have never used a PT before so was a little hesitant initially, but there was Absolutely no reason to be. He is friendly, approachable and a genuinely decent guy who Really cares about what he does and getting the best results for you. He really does know his stuff and i can see results already in a short space of time. I would Definitely Recommend

    Zach was destined to be a personal trainer. He has endless amounts of patience, a desire to help people to achieve their potential and his commitment to his clients is unwavering.
    Since having PT sessions, Zach has helped me to become more confident in the gym. He has helped me to work on my weaknesses, while supporting me to develop my strengths. Zach can see potential in people, even when they can’t see It themselves.
    Under Zach’s guidance I trained for and completed a full marathon. Zach believed that I could do it, even though I didn’t believe It myself.
    Zach has helped me with not just my physical health, he has Helped me and continues to help me with my mental health and self confidence. Zach seems to Have super powers and somehow instantly knows if I’m having a low day. He will listen to me and offer help and suggestions.
