    I’ve started to have personal training sessions with clive, now that the social distancing rules Have been relaxed slightly to allow outdoor PT Sessions. Since meeting and getting to know clive from the ultimate fitness and ultimate fitness x classes at 4FITT, ive learned so much in regard to form and teqhnique, From how to properly hold a bar bell to actually Doing proper squats (not sure you could call what i did before Squats). He encourages, pushes and supports me massively. I Couldn’t’ recommend this guy enough.
