Callum is known for his focus on teaching proper form to beginner/intermediate level clients using stretching and mobility to nullify previous bad habits and create healthy happy clients.


Personal Achievements:

Callum maintains a high volume of training though his training focus shifts frequently as he enjoys learning new things and challenging himself. He lifted 250kg in 2016 following a 10 month charity challenge. He was a competitive tennis player at county level and football player at university level. He completed 5 bouts in white collar boxing winning all five as well as two 4FITT challenges and numerous 10km running events.

    Always guides you in all aspects of training. Food and techniques constantly pushing you do better than you think you can. It isnt just the hour pt you have it is constant support. If he sees you not trying your best in class he tell you. Achieved good fitness and weight lose over the years.
