The hybrid challenge is designed for those who love looking good, but also want to stay fit and healthy in the process. Other training methods can be too polarised and leave you wanting in some areas of fitness & strength. Trying to develop multiple areas of yourself is a daunting task and is exceptionally hard to achieve on your own.

If you dont get this balance right or focus on one area of training for too long, this can lead to stagnation, overtraining and overall lack of progression.

At 4FITT we have developed a challenge which combines the best of fitness classes and hypertrophy classes. A standard week will look like this;

Saturday Ultimate Fitness Class
